Tina is a proud mom of two boys and a Certified Lactation Educator with over four years of specialized training. With 12 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in pediatrics, she brings both clinical expertise and a deeply nurturing approach to her work. Tina is passionate about mentoring new moms as they navigate the balance between breastfeeding and everyday life. Abbie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) expert with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families. A mom of two boys, Abbie brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. She specializes in helping clients navigate the emotional complexities of fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood. As an EMDR-certified therapist, she offers evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of perinatal mental health. Ashley is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Holliston resident and mom of one. She launched Enjoy Speech Therapy after 7 years of pediatric experience and offers flexible scheduling for speech therapy services right here at The Herd, in-homes, at daycares and via telehealth.
Ashley is available for in person sessions Tuesdays and Wednesdays at The Herd by appointment.

Hannah is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and mom of two who helps women build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Her non-diet, weight-inclusive approach helps moms navigate food guilt, body image concerns, and the many changes that come with motherhood—without rules or restriction.
Hannah is available for virtual appointments and is in person at The Herd on Wednesdays by appointment.

With over seven years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Meg specializes in eating disorder care, ARFID, and helping clients build a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Her holistic, collaborative approach is individualized to each person’s needs, with particular experience supporting those navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, and sensory differences.
She offers virtual appointments and will be seeing clients in person at The Herd on Tuesdays by appointment.

Kaitlyn is a pelvic health physical therapist and founder of ReclaimHER Physical Therapy. Her passion for women’s health is shaped by both her professional background in orthopedics and pelvic health and her own experiences with injury, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Kaitlyn will be seeing clients at The Herd on Fridays and also has a clinic in Wellesley by appointment.

Sam is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders, trauma, chronic illness, and women’s health. She takes a compassionate, multidisciplinary approach to care, helping clients navigate body image, food, mental health, and major life transitions.
Sam is passionate about creating an inclusive, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood.
Sam offers virtual appointments and will be seeing clients in person at The Herd on Tuesday afternoons and evenings by appointment.
