Little Voices, Big Feelings is a playful, supportive workshop designed to help young children express what’s going on inside—using words, play, movement, and creativity!

Hosted by The Herd and co-led by Alyysa Goff, a licensed mental health therapist & dance movement therapist (LMHC, R-DMT) and Ashley Higgins, a speech-language pathologist (SLP), this workshop blends play therapy techniques with speech and language support to meet children exactly where they are developmentally. Through guided play, expressive activities, and connection-based strategies, children are encouraged to explore emotions, build communication skills, and feel confident sharing their needs.

Caregivers will receive real-time feedback and practical takeaways from both professionals, offering insight into emotional regulation, language development, and simple tools that can be used at home to support your child’s growing voice.

2nd Annual HerSwap-Community Wide Women’s Tag Sale!

The Hopkinton PTO and The Herd are proud to announce our collaboration in the second annual HerSwap Fundraiser!

This community wide tag sale event aims to reuse, recycle and restyle women’s clothing, shoes, accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, purses) and books.

DONATIONS are being accepted from 9/1-10/1. Email connect@theherdma.com for drop off site in Hopkinton or drop off at The Herd in Holliston. Please ensure that all donated items are clean and in good condition—free of stains, rips, or tears.

We’d also greatly appreciate it if you could sort and label your items, as it helps us tremendously with organizing. (This extra step is optional but truly helpful!)

There will also be a mini-market during the tag sale with local artisans & vendors showcasing their small businesses! We love being able to support our entire community in this event and showcase so many great organizations! *Coffee & donuts on-site for purchase as well! This is a cash & check only event!

We (Tina & Abbie) are especially grateful for this year’s fundraiser because it enables us to support two deeply meaningful initiatives that are close to our hearts. We’ll be able to provide monthly membership scholarships for some mothers so they have access to community and support during their postpartum journey AND we will be able expand our women’s health educational workshops, creating more opportunities for women in our community to gain knowledge, empowerment, and support around their health and well-being!

Lastly, none of this would be possible without our amazing sponsors. HUGE shoutout & THANK YOU to these local businesses, we truly appreciate all your support!! We love this community!!! *Under Pressure, Bryan Brown Team/Guaranteed Rate, Oasis Wealth Advisors, Swoon, Dympna Atwell, Ostrander Insurance, Home Maintenance Home Improvements, Alan Connel/REMAX Campos Homes
