Little Voices, Big Feelings is a playful, supportive workshop designed to help young children express what’s going on inside—using words, play, movement, and creativity!
Hosted by The Herd and co-led by Alyysa Goff, a licensed mental health therapist & dance movement therapist (LMHC, R-DMT) and Ashley Higgins, a speech-language pathologist (SLP), this workshop blends play therapy techniques with speech and language support to meet children exactly where they are developmentally. Through guided play, expressive activities, and connection-based strategies, children are encouraged to explore emotions, build communication skills, and feel confident sharing their needs.
Caregivers will receive real-time feedback and practical takeaways from both professionals, offering insight into emotional regulation, language development, and simple tools that can be used at home to support your child’s growing voice.
Ideal for children 1 yr old and up!
Registration Required. Register children’s names only!
