  • Nurtured & Well Nutrition

    Hannah is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and mom of two. She supports women in healing their relationship with food and body during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Using a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, Hannah helps clients nourish themselves with compassion instead of rules. She believes every mom deserves to feel at home in her body, even in seasons of change. Whether you are navigating food guilt, body image concerns, or postpartum overwhelm, Hannah offers a warm, supportive space to find balance and feel your best.

    I am an Infant Reflux Specialist, ofering virtual 1:1 consultations for parents that are struggling to find the root cause of their baby's reflux, colic, feeding difficulties or generally unsettled behaviours. I believe that we should be discussing their discomfort as a whole body event, looking at all of their symptoms & how they can affect optimal health & function, so we can identify & address the root cause - not just symptom chasing. It's so much more than just reflux & they don't just have to grow out of it!

    Sarah a skilled and sought after clinical social worker. She offers individual and couples therapy in her private practice with a focus on the perinatal phase of parenthood. Sarah loves educating groups about perinatal mental health. She believes we can and must do better for postpartum mental health! Reach out to get started.

  • Emily is an LICSW and a Reiki practitioner with a private practice in Holliston, MA and works with Moms (postpartum to moms with adult children), new Dads and parents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, stress and parenting struggles. Emily strongly believes therapy is not "one sizes fits all," works to meet each individual client where they are in their lives and uses humor when appropriate to help clients relax and feel more at ease during stressful times. In addition, she understands the importance of the client/therapist relationship and focuses on creating a calm, open and safe environment for her clients to connect and feel comfortable with processing challenging emotions and thoughts. Emily works with clients both virtually and in-person and takes a client-centered, strength-based approach using modalities such as mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy and talk therapy.

  • Ashley is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Holliston resident and mom of one. She launched Enjoy Speech Therapy after 7 years of pediatric experience and offers flexible scheduling for speech therapy services right here at The Herd, in-homes, at daycares and via telehealth. Ashley believes in the power of play and uses research-backed techniques within child-led activities to support progress. She thinks practically and creatively about functional communication goals and values families as an integral part of the therapy team.

  • Brooke is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who lives in Franklin, MA with her husband and 3 little kids. She owns O’Leary Speech Therapy, a pediatric private practice that provides in-home, in-school, and virtual speech therapy in the Greater Boston Area.   • I am a certified Postpartum Doula serving Massachusetts and my goal is to advocate for women and support them in those critical months postpartum, and to watch their Soul Shine along the way. After nannying and working in Education for many years, I took time off to stay home with my babies. During this time, and specifically after my second baby, I realized I was struggling a lot with postpartum anxiety and depression. I knew, without a doubt, after those tough times, I wanted to dedicate my time so that no Mama would ever feel alone in through this journey. I can provide non-medical support for families, sleep support for mom and baby, cooking meals and light housework, breast and bottle feeding support, and connect my clients to many resources. In addition, I am a wife to Tim and Mama to Finn & Tessa and we have resided in Hopkinton since 2014 with our English Bulldog, Louie. My most favorite place is to be on the beach soaking in I love moving my body through different exercising practices such as running, yoga and strength training, cooking and baking, adventuring with my family, and reading when I get the chance.
