Motherhood is often portrayed as one of the most joyful, natural experiences a woman can go through. And while it's true that bringing life into the world is extraordinary, what often gets left out of the narrative is just how isolating and overwhelming the postpartum period can be.
In a society that celebrates bouncing back and doing it all on your own, many new mothers find themselves silently struggling, feeling like they’re the only ones who aren’t “thriving.” But here’s the truth: we were never meant to do this alone—and we are better when we navigate this journey together.
That’s why we created The Healing Herd, a postpartum support group designed with intention and heart. Each gathering begins with a short meditation to ground the nervous system, helping mothers transition out of the chaos of the day and into a space of presence and calm.
From there, we celebrate wins—big or small—and give space to speak openly about challenges. This structure allows every mother to be seen, heard, and validated. Whether she's sharing a joyful moment or navigating something heavy, her experience matters.
The flow of our circle ensures that no voice gets lost in the noise, and no emotion is dismissed. Instead of rushing through the hour or focusing solely on solutions, we pause. We listen. And we honor the real, raw journey of motherhood. By the end of each session, mothers leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and less alone.
